Why is there no standard pricing listed?

StrataX doesn’t publish fixed prices because every AB1033 condo-conversion or development project is unique in terms of scope, legal requirements, and feasibility. Pricing is tailored after understanding your property and specific goals.

Revision policies are clarified as part of your custom proposal. Changes during the planning phase may impact cost and schedule, so they’re discussed transparently when pricing is developed.

Certain third-party costs (like city fees, inspection costs, or specialist consultants) may not be included in the initial estimate and will be itemized as needed in your detailed proposal
